About us

We began with a small Darwin-based cleaning business of 30 staff.

By delivering great quality, and a lot of luck, we grew our original business to over 300 staff, becoming one of the largest maintenance companies in Northern Australia.

As the contracts grew, so did the scope of work we needed to deliver. We began acquiring successful regional businesses who shared a desire for steady, sustainable growth and a focus on high quality service delivery. 

Now operating a number of businesses, we realised there was little value in centralising operations; each business knew their business better than we did.

Over time our team’s focus has shifted to repeating this steady, careful approach across industries.

Today our group operates over a dozen businesses, employs nearly 1,000 people and covers a geographical area roughly the size of Europe.
